DEFINITIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1 This Privacy Statement describes how Respondent processes the personal data of its Users.
1.2 The personal data processed by the Controller are name, (e-mail) address and telephone number.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1 The Controller collects personal data from a User when the User has communicated this personal data to the Controller via the Website [e.g. by contacting the Controller with a request for information about the Controller's services or products, placing an order with the Controller, or subscribing to the Controller's newsletter].
2.2 The Controller uses this personal data for the purpose for which the User has provided the personal data to the Controller:
2.2.1 Where the User requests information from the Controller about services and products, the Controller shall process the personal data in order to comply with that request.
2.2. If the User has subscribed to the newsletter, the Controller will use the personal data to send the newsletter to the User.
2.3 In addition, the Accountant may use the personal data to inform its Users of products or services of the Accountant which might be of interest to the User in question. If the User objects to this, he or she can contact info@marketingbybulls.nl.

3. TRANSMISSION TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1 The Controller shall not disclose the personal data of its Users to third parties, unless:
3.1.1 the transfer will be made to a processor engaged by the Controller for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement and the processor has entered into an agreement with the Controller which ensures that the processor will provide sufficient guarantees in respect of technical and organisational security measures for the processing to be carried out; or
3.1.2 The responsible party is obliged by law to pass on personal data to the competent authorities.

4. COOKIES

4.1 Marketingbybulls.nl uses cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the computer of the visitor by a page of the website. In such a cookie information is stored such as certain preferences of the visitor. This enables Marketing By Bulls to serve the visitor even better on his next visit.
4.2 The visitor can determine himself how to deal with cookies. He can set his browser in such a way that it allows, does not allow or partially allows the use of cookies. In the latter case, he can set which websites are allowed to place cookies. All other websites will then be prohibited. This option is offered by most modern browsers.
4.3 Cookies can be removed from a computer at any time, including via the browser.

5. MODIFICATION/DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The User has the right to inspect, correct, supplement, delete and block his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

5.3 Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@marketingbybulls.nl.

6. CUSTOMER LATEST

6.1 The Controller shall retain personal data for the period it considers relevant for the provision of its services, unless the Controller is obliged to retain personal data for a longer period under a statutory provision.

7. SECURITY

7.1 The responsible party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing, including SSL security on its website.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

8.1 The controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement. Any amendment will be announced on this page. The responsible party advises the User to regularly check this page for any changes. The current Privacy Statement was updated on 21 August 2020.
